DELIVERY

 

When you place your order on a business day before 5:30 PM, it will be delivered within the next 3 to 5 working days. 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Belgium & Netherlands: Free shipping for all orders over €100. For orders under €100, we charge €6,5
  • Europe: Free shipping for orders over €119. For orders under €119, we charge €10
  • Rest of the world: A €25 fee for orders over €119. For orders under €119, the shipping cost is €30.

 

RETURNS

You can return your order at your own expense within 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be in their original condition, including tags, and must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Step 1: Notify us as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving the package via hello@thekayapparel.com 
  • Step 2: Return the goods in their original condition, as received, within 14 days of receiving the package. Please also provide your bank account number where you would like the refund to be deposited.
